SOS and SNS

From Andrew Savichev To All 25 March 1998

Hello, Sergei!

>╫Andrew: it’s not that I refused to participate in network projects.
That’s what I wrote at _at the moment_. Please, you are free, like any of us,
to do whatever you want.
>There just weren’t
>people ready to take on the implementation of my project. All the other
projects expressed do not satisfy me for at least one of the following reasons:
>
>1) is not feasible
>2) will not help
Sergey, in life people always do different things for the reason that some
believe in one thing, others in another. There are also those who rush from one faith to another and constantly “see the light.” I am not one of them.
I have carefully thought through everything related to SNS and am ready to argue
defend EACH of the cornerstones on which it is based.

>
>Your project “failed” on the first point. Why - I have already said, and if it
is finalized, then everything will have to be rewritten again.
It is not necessary to finalize it (conceptually), you need to write documents
for registration in the authorities (Charter) and sign it
Founders (N-traders), and also elect a Chairman (the official head
of a public non-profit organization). I have all the necessary documents on the activities of such organizations (with the help of Oldman).
Everything is carefully thought out. AND I AM THE CURRENT COORDINATOR OF THE PROJECTSNS.
I.e. I will hand over my powers ONLY during the election of the Chairman.
And since my supporters persuaded me to see the matter through to the end, I withdraw
from my obligation to complete everything by April 15.
No, now SNS has been declared an ENDLESS project.
The SNS project is in no way related to the SOS project.
A whole bunch of network projects can operate on the Spectrum.
Spectrum will not get worse from this, and people will have something and someone to choose from.

With respect, Andrey Savichev, coordinator of SpectrumNetSoft
