Some ZX-parts to PC

There is a problem as follows:
I once had a ZX and I bought an MC6313 printer for it, but I foolishly burned the
ROM. I had to equip my ZX with a BB55 and solder a simple programmer.
Well, and build the software accordingly. But then he went into the army, and upon arrival, he cool
at
the PC...
So I have this zero-I-don’t-find-print lying around, I look at it sourly
and I want to ask everyone this:

!!! What software should I look for to convert a ZX binary file from a cassette into a nice ASCII format? Is there a ZEUS assembler in nature for the emulator? Well, okay, bye!
