There is some proposal, but they don’t know whether it can work.

What if the author proposes in the echo and in all sorts of publications to send all willing
distributors confirmation of their desire to buy the project. Then he waits
some time and divides the amount he wants to receive by the number
of those willing. If the amount suits them, the project works; if not, then new deadlines are set for registering distributors, or the price is reduced, or at the discretion of the author. In my opinion, this trading option is the most win-win. At normal prices it should work. And the echo
will help coordinate the actions of everyone, discuss the situation, and receive
operative statistics about the project. Electronic publications will help bring
advertising of the project to end users and distributors not
connected to the network.

In the echo, it is better to do this directly to certain people whofeel
their organizational abilities. Their task is to promptly contact the author,
echo readers, distributors, etc.

In the future, it is better to create something like a FAQ for people who will provide communication
with the echo for authors who are not able to connect directly. These
people should be in all parts of the former USSR.

With the constant support of electronic publications, this project can work, and
it does not require premature investment of money from anyone.
