SUBJ: Slava, your technology is in demand :)

Hello, Vyacheslav!

>AS> the authors of serious projects are taking measures to protect N-products from
>AS> hacking and copying. For this reason, products of category 3-5 are more logical
>AS> to be called commercial products, they are distributed over networks, but for
>AS> installation on specific hardware.
RM>What kind of hardware is this?
AS>A scratched floppy disk probably ;) ...this item was introduced at the insistence of Slava Medno-
AS>nogov...so he will have to make the nth the number of special
AS>key floppy disks, which should be sent to each N-trader in a package, only they
AS>must report how many naturals they have in their group, you will receive a
AS>key floppy disk for each (a la ChV-1) and you will be able to use products of categories 3-5.
AS>So far for the 1998-1999 season. there are no such things in sight anyway (with the cost
AS>of a general network license being more than $400)
So, Slava, will you accept an order for the production of floppy keys using your method (
150 pieces)? :) I thought - since people don’t know how to scratch according to yours, then such a floppy disk is an excellent keyfor straight people, if it weren’t for this disk controller on the record,
then the emuls could be connected with N-software in the same simple way and every
season a new batch of disks could be produced.
If anyone doesn’t understand how this will work, I’ll explain.
Some kind of digital piece of ...ma is sent out over the network (that is, it’s just
not similar to anything). When you insert a disk (oh damn, you need a second disk drive! Well, whoever doesn’t have a straight one will have to fork out), then the program from the scratched disk makes a meaningful
program from this rubbish received over the network and writes it to itself on the scratched disk. Then everything works from there. And you will store sultanas in the archives. One “but”, you can’t give it to anyone anymore, only along with your floppy disk. But, I repeat, only products of categories 3-5 will bully
people like this, and only if Slava helps
us with this, so don’t be alarmed in advance ;)

Sincerely, Andrey Savichev, SpectrumNetSoft project coordinator
