SIMM on ZX

I got the idea to expand my old spec from 128K to 1MB and a question arose: maybe someone has already tried to do the same using subj?
Or maybe someone has information on SIMMs (their pinouts, timing
diagrams)?
I would be very grateful for any information on subj.
