Thank you for your help with the pipe, and now another question. how to reconfigure
the subroutine for calling a shadow worker via NMI in order to slip in your program? I want
to try to add STS and a couple of other garbage.
and also - does anyone have a program (forgot the name) that allows you to load several programs into
Scorp's memory and switch between them using Magic?
throw it at me please.
Regards,
Random

There are several ways... Starting with interception _before_ the execution of the monitor,
and ending with interception _after_ the start of the monitor operation... But on different
versions of the monitor the addresses are always different, and it is necessary do search/setup.
VP> I want to try to add STS and a couple of other crap.
Why STS? Why don't you like the powerful native monitor?

MagOS. “Several” is a very strong word. Maximum two or three, and then
if only one of them requires 128K. If there is more than one, there will be one. And
in itself, all this is buggy... Although, if you get used to it, then sometimes you can
reap benefits.
Good luck! Evgeny.

EM> Why STS? Why don’t you like this powerful native monitor?
Nope, it doesn’t track everything correctly :(

It's buggy!?!?!? Yes, it doesn't work at all ;)
EM> then sometimes you can benefit.
And the benefit I got was this: interception of the shadow service!!!
The search is carried out by itself, all that remains is to come up with a boot disk.
Installing your own programs is a pleasure ;)
With respect,
Igor
May he be with you Schwartz!

No wonder... :))) You probably used 48 programs for it? For these it is just right.

Yeah, but compared to STS... IMHO - no competition. Mine (version 2.3j)
is a little buggy only with the R register during step-by-step tracing and, "not catching"
IM2 interrupts, and perhaps that's all... Well, except that not all undocumented
commands...

No, I managed to get it to work...

No, well, that goes without saying. :))) Somehow I somehow typed text from a picture
(something like a “manual text recognizer” :))). Well, I (observing the anti-glitch-MagOs-security rules) managed to stuff a simple 48th text editor and a 48th image viewer into Magos. Everything. I didn’t succeed in anything else from this “gadget”knock out.

MagOS works reliably and without glitches "V6.3 E" (a year ago
it worked, at least ;).
And if you continue to use debug
versions :-p (6.3, 6.3a, 6.3b, 6.3c, 6.3d) (like the one that was recently
thrown into the echo, or like the one hard-wired into the Scorpion-a ROM), then you will
slowly go berserk from the received glitches ;).

What other debugging ones?????? Inforcom sold it to me as “the newest and most complete.” Although, from these ... you can expect everything.
VS> you will slowly go wild from the glitches you receive ;).
No, if you drink beer before that, maybe 2-3 bottles of Zhigulevsky, then everything
is normal. ;)))

I went through this a long time ago, picking apart ZXFORMAT, where there was a joke for the shadow one.
