Hi Andrey!

07 Nov 97. I’m sitting here, thinking about the vanity of all things, and suddenly I see - Andrey

AK> And there at the beginning it is written what to do. The very first option - yes, everything is to kill the mother ;)) And there is also the rescue of the hostage (you need to prevent him from being beaten and you).
IMHO he is not being beaten. It just slows down, gets lost all the time and, in addition, often
locks you in dead ends, you have to shoot to get it to move away. Although
maybe
he will die if enemies from all sides overwhelm him.

AK> But there is loading of levels from the tape... Who has something to load there

IMHO it’s a dead number. No one has it, just like extra. levels to Street Hassle and

HI All
Here are a few

The ensign built a company.
- Let's check the condition of the shoes. Right leg up!
Everyone raises their right leg, one soldier mistakenly raises his left.
The ensign notices a double gap in the line:
-Who is it that raised both legs?!

A general comes to the military unit to check. As usual, they brought order throughout the entire territory, tinted the leaves on the trees, and when the general arrived, they lined up all the soldiers on the parade ground and decided to hold a military parade. The general goes around the line and, approaching the tallest soldier, asks:
- What is the last name?
HI All
Another one remembered:

- Doctor, my husband is very tired at work and is not able
to have sex.
- Take this powder and sprinkle it on him.
The wife comes home, made dumplings, sprinkled them with powder.
- Darling, go eat, and I'll wait for you in the room.
A minute later, my husband runs in with wide eyes:
- Listen, have you seen how people make love?
- Yes, dear.
- What about dogs?
- Well, yes..
- What about cats?
- Yes...

Judge for yourself. If the maximum multiplication is 3.5, then only
combination 75x3.5 makes sense, since 66x3.5=233 in most cases is worse than
75x3=225.

Good for you.........

And we, the owners of the DJ 820C, do not have any new drivers. There is one
only version. And HP put Hewlett on this printer.

And I liked Lotus Organizer 97 in this regard. It's big, of course, but
the Scheduler can be configured as you want. For example, when backing up a server, exclude all weekends and holidays for at least a few years in advance.

This is ideologically correct. From the point of view of RedHat and its vision of its
potential users. Why do you think they have the package
kernel-bin-x.xx-x.i386.rpm? and glint?
Of course, the first thing _I_ do is rebuild the kernel for my machine.
By hand. But I still have stupid prejudices from the time I lived under Slack :-). And I’m not going to give up on them. :-)
That’s why I’m rebuilding all the rpms that I can get my hands on.
Although I install everything only with rpms. :-)

This is a complex question. It is possible that in this case the cost-effective one will be
Comstar (analog) or ASVT (ISKRA-2). But if all sorts of IRCops,
chatologists, and other maniacs break down, then it will be even good - you won’t have to call for ten

Bummer, the naive Chukchi youth is the most Hi-Fi among the PM channels according to GOST from the mid-20th century, which our signalmen use, this is 9600. Even
leaving outside the scope of the question of whether they are in bits per second or in baudsизмеряют

Don’t worry. You’re not the only one. They said at 400.LINK yesterday - the gate
glitched. A lot of conferences appeared in message starting with the words
"The ensign built a company...", and so on, and then it's complete nonsense.

Good luck! Evgeny.

Hello ALL !

I have a question for you... How can I save a screen file to a screw in a subject?

In version 1.0 everything was simple: go to the "Data" menu, select
"Write Block", specify ,4000,1b00 and everything is in order!

Version 1.2 writes utter nonsense to the screw... Moreover, the version I have
is not “broken” - it was bought at Inforcom...

And the whole problem is that after the transition from AMD 5x86-133 to
Pentium 166MMX, version 1.0 stopped working (with flop, during in any
case...) The maximum delay in the config (=255) is clearly not enough.
The only way to revive it is to disable the first level cache of the processor in Setup... But this is too cool...

Version 1.2 works normally with a real flop, but all these
miracles...

Maybe someone Anyone know about this problem?

Thanks in advance, Yuri

If you only extract the screen, save it to the z80 snapshot, transfer it to Lunar and
save the screen by ,, - it will be a scr-file.

Hello Yuri.

YL> Does anyone know anything about this problem?

Well, I haven’t had a Spectrum for about 3 years now and I write all the programs for it
in UKV 1.2. Actually, he is the best for this. And during this time, I have accumulated a lot of information that points to the shortcomings of this emulator. I've been bombarding Inforcom for a long time trying to find out the author's address, but he's like someone incognito
he didn't say anything except his name, and then there will be a file that describes all my observations of this emulator.

==== Here is the beginning of ZX_REV1.TXT ====
The first thing that catches your eye is the complete inoperability of the assembler built into the program. The monitor works fine (I didn’t notice any errors), but
when I try to enter any program from the keyboard, the emulator freezes permanently and can only be exited by pressing the RESET button. This is extremely unfortunate and makes the monitor unsuitable for debugging. Yes, the author says
that the page switching error has been fixed, or rather the screen is no longer redrawn. At first glance, this is indeed the case, the screen does not blink, but the emulator works so slowly (the speed drops by 10-20 percent) that this error can be considered not corrected, but disguised. Let's return to
the built-in monitor, one of its functions(Write block) allows you to write the contents of memory to the hard drive. Yes, it really allows you to do this, but
only in the first version of the emulator, in the second version this program is completely inoperable. Let me explain, when writing a block, you give it a name, a start address and a block length, but no matter what you set as a block length parameter, it is always equal to a little over 8 kilobytes and you can’t do anything about it. I read
in the description "a piece of the disk program has been completely rewritten." Perhaps this is true, the read/write speed has really increased, and the disks have become
readable better, but at the same time TR-Dos has acquired new errors: due to errors in MAGIC functions, programs that use them do not work (all versions of STS and others), if you frequently write to the disk, after a while you will find that
TR-Dos has turned off and responds to your commands with the message No disk. Also
TR-Dos (in both versions) freezes when trying to read sector number 160 and further, although a standard ROM subroutine is used for this. In the new version
the author introduced a page switching port that expands the Spectrum memory to 1 megabyte, used the PROFI standard, although none of the programs for PROFI began to work
and I have quite a lot of them. The only thing I achieved was to
ruin the disk when trying to copyhis copier for PROS. And finally, the last, most insignificant, but at the same time, error occurs when emulating the bright mode. For some color combinations it
is always equal to 0, even if you turned it on. Try loading some
graphics editor and set the following parameters: paper 0, ink 7, and then turn on all the pixels, i.e. Color the screen with ink color, then turn on the
pattern mode and you won't see anything! This error made me very worried for the first time.
At the same time, the emulator acquired, in my opinion, an extremely useful and much
necessary function, such as creating virtual disks. I was also extremely pleased that the author lifted the restriction on the segment address. ==== And then it ends
ZX_REV1.TXT ====

VP> 199 pounds for Elite and 149 for Cope, it seems. need to check.
VP> one way or another it is quite expensive :( although there is software....
Yes, it is quite expensive, but if for this miracle there is a lot of software worthy
of attention and use, then you can fork out. And yet you have not answered my
question: what is the difference between the capabilities of a simple Coupe and Elite?
Isn’t there a Sam emulator? And if there is, then where in I-Net can you get it?
Or if someone already has it, then you can do it in the echo. Damn, I wouldn’t want to
buy a pig in a poke :) However, besides the emulator, there is another way out: is it possible
to write to a video recorder with Sam? If possible, then record a whole cassette of everything, and then
send it to someone from Russia (I, of course, understand that from Australia to
Russia :) But nevertheless) Well, then this cassette will naturally
spread all over Russia (you'll see it will crawl to Yoshkar-Ola :-)

PS And when you throw it on the doc music-sopp and video chip for Sam? We are waiting, sir :)

For example, I bought an emulator in Mitinsky market, then exchanged it many times for new
versions from a guy with a beard, and so, he told me that he personally knew the
author, and this author was in the hospital (it was a long time ago...) often (something with
heart), the most interesting thing is that the disk was protected from copying, but
the last one that I changed, I didn’t suffer from this!

P.S. I haven’t met him (the guy) lately, he was selling compacts!
P.P.S. I’ve been wanting to throw _Subj_ into the echo for a long time, who needs it?
In Moscow you can freckle at 14.44 from 00:00 to 09:00 'UKV_emul.rar' !

To catch up:
- Flash on the 7th screen sometimes flashes, sometimes it doesn't (this is a disease of many emulators).
- If a familiar place has a black Inc., then it automatically becomes non-bight.
- It’s inconvenient that you can’t save the main ones along with the desktop settings.

Warm greetings, Slava!

The most interesting thing is that it still doesn’t work with 1.44 floppy disks!

Well, basically, of course, yes, since the monitor built into it is much
more convenient, and more stable than the same monitor in Scorpa, after all, freezes
are practically not terrible (if they don’t reset, of course). It’s better to debug a program anyway
and in general it’s better with flashy Spectrum monitors and there’s no comparison.
By the way, I tried your compiler and I liked it, although it
is still most suitable for assembling an already written program rather than for writing it
or is there something wrong with me? Got it?

I didn’t understand something :( Doesn’t he understand assembler commands? Or
works slowly?

And you seriously believe that you can use Skorpovsky monitor? And
especially after the UKV monitor? I had a hard time figuring out the emulsion from MOA, this help is not good - it would be better in a file. Of course
it will be difficult to come to an agreement, but I think it’s easier to get Yudin. Make some kind of binding there so that it works only for the one who installed it.

PS Where do you get so many warm greetings? :)

I mean, shadow monitor or emulator debugger? To be honest, I haven’t
tried it yet...

KP> And even more so after the UKV monitor?

I don’t like the subject monitor... Although I don’t use it often, I often
find glitches with it that weren’t there... And then, after thinking logically for a long
time, I understand that the glitch is not mine, but UKV :(

No - for you to indulge, but for us to take a steam bath;) Better buy yourself a Spectrum :-!

So for pampering? I went through all the “UFOs” with pleasure, albeit pirated ones, but I didn’t have to choose - I still have your licenses bought at Inforcom (I can even tell you the number). But after watching the "Crow" demo, I wanted to play it (nostalgia).

What’s not clear here? Context-sensitive help, where you can’t just
find what you need (you constantly get confused in these page transitions). By the way, I didn’t find an answer to many things at all (or maybe I just didn’t get there because of all sorts of transitions). A text file is just that! What is this interesting comment -
create disk images with something? This is what, at least give an example.

Apparently, it’s just unfinished :) what version is it anyway? Actually, the “style” of SPM
is almost entirely copied from Turbo Debuggera, and is determined by Turbo Vision, and this
is already, as it were, a classic.

KP> I think that the UKV style for monitors is very convenient,
KP> the STS style is also possible.

If it’s not difficult, write with soap what the “style” of UKV will mean (i.e., what exactly -
control mouse, pop-up menus, hot keys). The fact that all this cannot
be overridden by the user - I hope this is a temporary phenomenon.

KP> What is not clear here? Context-sensitive help, where you can’t

Okay, I’ll try to do a search.
