RGB->TV

I greet All and want to talk to him about 'RGB->TV':
Long life and prosperity to you, All!

So. Now they will beat me for being off-topic. But!
Please answer. Someone would like to answer this question:
There is a monitor with a pgb connector. Is there a
device that plugs into its input and allows
to watch TV on it (external TV tuner). It should
be a Russian craft, and not just any bourgeois TV-PRO.
2Moderator. Sorry generously for being off-topic.
