RGB

Good people, I have this problem:
I have a computer “Byte”, I used
TV output to connect to the TV, then I decided to use RGB to SCART. It didn’t work, they advised
to throw +5V on the 16th SCART - it worked. Only the brightness of the colors is the same
i.e., for example, blue and bright blue look no different (at least
to the human eye).
How to fix this, huh?
