DRAFT CHARTERS OF TELECONFERENCE relcom.comp.speccy

NAME:
--------
relcom.comp.speccy

STATUS:
------
open, observable, non-commercial

PURPOSE OF CREATION:
-------------
In the conditions of almost monopoly dominance in the market of personal
computers of the IBM PC platform and the policy of dumping prices for morally
obsolete models of computers of this platform, traditional for the CIS states Spectrum home computers find themselves in the position of
plants listed in the "Red Book". In small and medium-sized cities,
Spectrum users especially remote from St. Petersburg, Moscow and Kharkov are in a state of “information hunger” for software products, electronic publications and other information about the Spectrum.
The relcom.speccy conference is designed to break the “information blockade”,
to bring Spectrum users closer to software and
hardware developers and publishers of electronic newspapers and magazines.
In addition, it will provide connections for CIS Spectrumists with friends in other
countries, and will also contribute to a broad information exchange
in many areas.

PREAMBLE:
---------
"Spectrumists of all networks and platforms, unite!"

This conference is intended for _all friends_ of SPECCY.
Please do not address ill-wishers disturb our world with their destructive discussions. All the problems of our UNIVERSE are known to us

Sir Clive Sinclair.
We are grateful to all creative people of all countries and continents , who contributed
to the structure of this UNIVERSE and the strengthening of its power.
WeWe are grateful to the Soviet people, the pioneering pioneers who opened this amazing and magical world to all
our peoples.
We are grateful to you, Spectrum users, for the fact that with your attention, your
creativity, your frantic fanaticism, you preserve this world, continue and develop its best traditions.
Glory to the Spectrum, for which there are no boundaries in space and time!

People from any platform are allowed to enter into constructive discussions
