RESULT: relcom.comp.speccy (don't pass by)

with this letter I hasten to inform everyone who is somehow connected with Spectrum
that the voting on the creation of RELCOM.COMP.SPECCY
has been completed with a score of 68:1 in our favor!!! Those. All that's left to do is the creation of a new conference by Mr. Coordinator at USENET!
