From Vladimir Frunze To All 24 December 1997

Dear Mr. Kacev!
On 18 December 1997 (at 22:10) you wrote something I had to answer on....

VK> Someone answer, was it obvious? And how visible? And then the day before yesterday
VK> sent the last sections, and nothing was heard :(

Probably this is due to the fact that the black screen for six seconds (300 halts)
most people mistake for hanging.. It’s good that UKV is a debugger..

I especially liked the sections “New Items” and “Forecast” in the magazine, which brought my
QEMM to convulsions; when trying to read about “Masterpieces,” the inscription “(c)
1982 Sinclair..” appeared. A masterpiece, I don’t argue, but I’ve already seen it. 32 characters
in a line (42 would be nice) are also tiring.

A few notes..
1. just stopped coming out.
Two different things.
2. P_e_terburg is spelled with an "e" :)
3. You shouldn't use emoticons and "IMHO" in a magazine - the reader is unaware of this and will be scared... And it's simply not accepted.
4. For some reason, the intro is not skipped.. It’s clear when it’s short, but such..
a minute and a half would be nice to skip.

And the most interesting part of the magazine is the interview with whom it’s clear.

Yours truly, Vladimir Frunze AKA Hexman/BYTEX.
