Firmware wanted.
ZXNet echo conference «zx.spectrum»
From Andrew Savichev → To All 25 March 1998
Hi, All!
Sorry if this is off-topic.
Here we were talking about the readability of
zx.spectrum. So, I would like to bring to your attention that many Relcom Spectrumists still live with zx.spectrum in readonly mode ;)
I received a letter with questions and a request to ask them here. Questions, of course
mostly for naturalists, and even I would
say to archaists (well, Slava, he said another
word ;) )
Question:
Who has the firmware for Krasnogorsk 48k
that in RF2, for generating all sorts of
signals on the board, i.e. like
PLM?
And also, this person needs circuits for converters
RGB -> HF (antenna), RGB -> LF (?)
and... these are probably video amplifiers
matching for a tube TV like this
I have in a book about Irisha.
I remember (in 1989) it would be crappy to
show and black and brown, but maybe since then
progress in circuit technology has allowed
improve image quality? Maybe
even some kind of mikruha?
These are archaic questions. He asked
to answer here.
Although perhaps one could ask in
su.hardw.schemes?
But for me it is for the rest of my life
now readonly :9
With respect, Andrey Savichev
