We once received a letter in which the author asked - “is everything normal
in the head of most musicians?” Why did _practically_ _everyone_ start blurting out this nasty stuff - trance, rave, acid music,...? Has anyone heard, for example, the metallique Unforgiven at the performances?
So, the authors are really largely to blame here... You don’t need a lot of talent to write
this rave... Shurik once made a _program_ that _SEMA_ makes acid music...

Good luck ! Evgeny.

Hello! Dear Evgeny!
At 08:27, Wednesday October 08, 1997 there was such a thing that
Evgeny Milun scribbled a letter from Sergei Novikov:
EM> We somehow received a letter in which the author asked - “is everything
EM> normal in the head of most musicians ?" Why _practically_
EM> _everyone_ started blurting out this crap - trance, rave, acid music,... ?
EM> Has anyone heard, for example, the metalliquid Unforgiven on spec?
What, someone wrote it? It is necessary to erect a monument to such a person during his lifetime! It’s impossible to emulate the Distortion effect on Specky, IMHO
EM> So, the authors are really largely to blame here... To
EM> write this rave you don’t need a lot of talent... Shurik once made
EM> a _program_ that _SELF_ makes acid music... [.....]
It’s really not difficult :)
With respect, Roman.

And this musician does it right... If you like rave so much, I
will get a program from Shurik, which will write this rave for you... And let the musician write the music... ;))

Hello Sergei !

SN>>> I’ve been using Monster Commander for a year, no glitches.
AL>> You’re lucky, and he’s the glittest of the commanders. :-)))))
SN> I don’t know... I saw a lot of buggy ones, the best one wasn’t buggy (v2.1). The zero track
SN> was also well restored, without consequences.
And version 2.1 is not a myth? As I understand it, 2.1 is an Inforcom advertising gimmick. A year ago I ordered the "newest version - 2.1". And it came - 2.0! Which
on the very first day managed to screw up my catalog on one disk... :(
And all because of what? Because of the then newfangled phenomenon - control of removing/
inserting a disk. IMHO, for game boot it will do, but in "commanders" -
pressure. He would have also inserted music there... and Tetris... "You'll look like kefir" (C) Anecdote...

AM>> and rave can’t write, either classical or 70-80, or metal.
EM> And this musician does it right...
We have _TWO_ disks of these correct music, but they are not suitable for all situations,
not only do they not suit the style, they are also _ASM_ :(( ,
although probably it needs to be transferred to ST or PT, then inevitably a rave will work out
(and this is where problems arise, our musician usually writes music to the fullest extent, those 32 instruments + 32 images, but PT and ST don’t allow this...)
EM> If you like rave so much, I’ll shoot at Shurik a program that
EM> will write this rave for you...
And where did you get the idea that I like rave, I said that we are kicking because our
musician does not know how to write it.
EM> Let the musician write the music... ;))
And then what should we do with this music.
IMHO. It is not suitable for everyone (I imagine - metal trakmo |-)_
In addition to Ded Smirnoff, this is exactly what we were talking about, we also have Alex Heather
(AL/PHT), he is now on the Internet, by the way, it was he who wrote the music for
our demo, the day before departure, as a result of which half of the effects from ABYSS
go down the drain. We recently got a new musician Moonlight/Rain/PoS, I only found out
about
his existence yesterday, there is only hope for him.

Is it possible for me to throw in a couple of examples of metal(!),
but not for fekha - it doesn’t go with us :( I really want to appreciate the creations of this
musician, or maybe I should learn, otherwise I would have written from Broom :-)

Hello Sergei Novikov! In a message of 25 Oct 97 Sergei Novikov wrote to me:
AL>> Yes, no, it’s still a useful thing when it works well, I’ve had it for about two years
AL>> Jemini Commander V4.0T has not password protected more than one disk.
SN> Jemmini - ;((( IMHO, garbage. Half of the necessary functions are not there. And nothing
SN> special.
Jemini v4.0T does all operations in turbo, and correctly, not a single glitch, convenient
interface, and such things as disk format and restork are not needed in Commander.
SN> PS: Xashny 2.1 didn’t ruin a single disk for me either.
You’re lucky, market statistics show the opposite.
Regards, Alex from FFC COMPUTERS.

Ah! So you're branding the program for what it's worth without seeing the latest version? I've been using
2.1 for more than a year...
EM> Which on the very first day managed to screw up my directory on one

In 2.1 this is also there, but without any glitches. All great, but copying files
with one drive is generally not a problem. Just have time to change disks.
EM> IMHO, for game boot it will do, but in “commanders” it’s a squeeze.
Why? In commanders it won’t hurt.
EM> He would have inserted music there... and Tetris...
The main task was to leave as much space as possible for. copying
files (480K for ZX-128K)
EM> “You’ll look like kefir” (C) Anecdote...
There’s nothing to complain about - just say so.

Yes, apparently a really cool musician :-)

For example, I just introduced it and I liked it. In terms of punchiness and
dynamism it should not be inferior to rave demos, you just need to write metal in the style of Metallica'83,84,86 or in the spirit of Megadeth, then it will be
a complete blast.
