Forwarded to the Belarusian ZXNet - let them deal with it, I wonder what they
will answer to this?

From Wladimir Bulchukey To All 21 October 1997

(End of quote, damn...)

Having read in the 21st issue of the newspaper "Lprint" the schizophrenic delirium of a certain Imperio (weak to subscribe, right?), I, and all of Moscow
were simply shocked and outraged. What exactly is
Imperio boasting about? By disrupting Enlight'97?! After all, everyone knows that the painted wall in the toilet was the last straw that broke the patience of the administration and the Organizing Committee. Imperio
is delighted with the behavior of his buddies, I can’t
find another word - how they threw leftover sausages on the floor, how they drank and smashed
beer bottles, how they shit cigarette butts everywhere... Is he a fool?
Or is that why he went to St. Petersburg? And even after that he has the audacity to call himself the author of some work submitted to a competition! He is not the author of the work. He is the author of the crime,
yes, yes, a crime, because the disruption of the Festival caused people
colossal material and moral damage. And now, after his
actually official admission of his guilt (which he does not consider guilty, but flaunts his can of paint,
not even like a little one, but just like a fool), we all have the right
to present him with the bill in full. Didn't this cretin think that, on top of everything else, he was putting the whole of Belarus, and before the eyes of the pisishniks - and all the spektrumists? Now they are gloating (ah,maybe not maliciously, but simply fairly!) they will say: “What did we say?

Here it is, the face of the spektrumists! As we warned.” And they will be absolutely right. And what if there is some other smart guy who digs deeper and decides to draw a parallel between Belarus and Russia???
It is known how difficult it is for the Union of Fraternal Nations to develop. And some “Moskovsky Komsomolets”, having sniffed out about this story, will immediately draw “global conclusions” and say: “Well, we said, Belarusians cannot be trusted!” Well, okay, this is already in the realm of fantasy, but for the meanness that this bastard from Belarus has perpetrated, we should come up with something. It is clear that neither he nor his sidekick will set foot on FunTop98 in Moscow. We need to find out the composition of his
“creative” team and publish it so that the road to
any competitions is forever closed to them. In short, persona non grata. I just ask one thing: at least let us, spektrumists, not fall into frenzy. Let's not stigmatize the whole of Belarus. There are livestock everywhere, and we have plenty of them. Let's grit our teeth and continue to promote our Moscow Festival. Let guests
and participants from Belarus come. Evil must be punished, but there will be no rancor. Welcome to all honest participants of the Festival! And one more thing. I would like to publiclyget clarification from the editors of the newspaper "Lprint": how could _such_ material as the article
(c)Imperio get into print? After all, it seems like "Lprint" is
a solid, fascinating newspaper that is pleasant and interesting
to read... In general, the question is serious...

With respect -
