HI ALL!

Muchkaev Maxim (M.M.A/SPEED CO.) welcomes you from the glorious
Russian city Samara!

I would like to bring to the attention of the dear ALL that in the dead
night of March 15, 1997, on the territory of Evgeniy Milun’s apartment, a
complete and irrevocable compilation of the third issue of our
electronic magazine OBERON took place. In connection with this event, I have
several program statements and comments.

To begin with, I would _VERY_ like to ask all those comrades who are waging endless and stupid debates under SUBJ "magazines",
"STEP vs KELADAN: ZX-FORUM", etc. stop your activities in the echo and move to NETMAIL.

OBERON#3 does not contain anything sensational or offensive,
but I am sure that there will be meticulous lamers who can find fault with an insignificant article and argue in the echo for another 3-4 months.

In conclusion, I want to report the points on the map of the country where OBERON#3
and the new collection of programs SOFT FROM SAMARA vol.11 will appear
