It’s not written that way, is it? And what do you mean by "illegal"? What,
copyright will not be recognized? Read again "Conditions for recognizing copyright
right":

"1. Copyright in a computer program or database
arises by virtue of their creation."

That's it. There are no further conditions for the emergence of copyright.
Is commercial use of your program prohibited? If copyright
right is recognized, then so are property rights. And in general, think about it - how can you prove
what the program was created for?

AP> After all, if you rob a person and swindle this money, it will all be taken away from you

No. _They_ will not be taken away. They will take away the stolen goods plus an amount determined by law as punishment. Well, maybe they'll put you in prison again ;) And you probably thought that they would
calculate your turnover and even be afraidtake extra? ;) And in general, we will not
use criminal offenses as an example, because there is no major damage
.

AP> Moreover, who knows whether the tax was paid on the sale of UFO1,2?

Yeah. Unknown. I'm not even interested somehow... Why look into someone else's pocket? We are not from the tax police. By the way, what tax do you mean exactly? They are different... Look for the relevant documents (but there is no need to publish them here ;) and pay attention to articles like “Income not subject to
taxation.” Then indecent thoughts will not arise ;)

AP> With respect, Shor Kan.

Sincerely, Dmitry (OLDMAN).

They say there is an HONEST AND DECENT PERSON. Wouldn't it be nice for you to know for sure

And what is indecent about being interested in the legal side of the matter?
If you think like that, then it is indecent to be interested in everything.

With respect, Shor Kan.

Thank you for the warm hopes. However, I hasten to disappoint, based on your definition, the author is not an “HONEST AND DECENT PERSON.” You forgot
to remember that the idea was stolen from another company.

Although, on the other hand, there are no official documents indicating that the author received any money for his
developments. I think there were simply a large number of grateful donors :))

Warm greetings, Slava!

yes, I didn’t forget.... I just didn’t remember. After all, if everything is according to the law, then you did not have the right to make this game. use the characters and the general idea.
Okay, at least not Warcraft, but CV. True, if she gets caught, they will prove to the Blizards that
the idea is borrowed :(.
Listen, is it true that you haven’t had any thoughts of your own lately? :(

but from this you do not cease to be the author of the _program_ and the ideas you added
;)

But in my opinion, in your case everything is in order... You, as a person engaged in
entrepreneurial activities without forming a legal entity, are exempt
from value added tax (VA), and you do not need to pay income tax until you earn more than 1000 minimum
salaries from _your_ program _per_year_. Min. the salary for today is 83,490 rubles, therefore, until
you earn about 14,000 dollars in a year by selling your
property, you don’t have to itch ;)

I would be unpleasant to find out otherwise. In any case, I would ask this
privately...

And you don’t need any ;) Slava earns too little with her labor to still
pay taxes...

It is indecent to publicly suspect a person of his illegal activities without
sufficient grounds for it. You weren’t planning on running into Slava, were you? ;-E~ :)
