New device! (WARNING!!! NOT tested!!!)

Hello everyone! I hope there are iron workers here. Please look at the diagram that I dashed off here! This is my first work in the field of hardware, and I would like to listen to the opinion of good hardware people regarding the number of errors and the performance of this device. The documentation is attached in the archive. Sorry that
the screen is not in Spectrum format - RST7 needs to be kicked so that it
finally finishes its device! ;-) I had to convert it into a GIF.
I would consider it an honor if our producers -
Peters, Nemo or Zonov looked at this case. If one of them is completely supportive of me, then I wouldn’t refuse a lecture on the topic “Why you can’t do this” ;-)
