Hi, All!

But let's try anyway? Let Enlight continue its thorny path, and let us (those who are disappointed in it as it is today, “let’s go the other way”). I, Andrey Viktorovich Savichev AKA m@s, St. Petersburg, as the initiator of the "Netholiday'98" project, am forced (I'm offended by the idea) to include myself in the "network"organizing committee" for N1. Companions are required, preferably from various regions of the post-USSR (this seems to be more accurate than the CIS ;-)), based on the fact that the official
language of communication is Russian, preferably with access to FIDO and Relcom (for operational
communication), preferably with organizational and analytical abilities, "idea generators", "critics", showmakers, musicians, artists, programmers, screenwriters, lawyers,
businessmen... but at the same time SPECTRUMISTS - i.e. people dedicated to SPECTRUM and believing in its future, the number of members of the organizing committee is not limited (the beauty of cyberspace). The main requirement: energetic participation. in the implementation of the project.
Everyone has one vote in making the decision, 2/3 determine the decision is mandatory
for everyone, other rules in the process of activity...
Organizing committees are volunteers, not “honorable citizens...”

The goals of the organizing committee are:
1. create rules for themselves;
2. develop rules for the competition;
3. create a permanent mechanism for the competition;
4. competition (competition works are presented first
ONLY to the jury members);accommodation of guests, safety, compliance with copyright, etc.)

All responses to this article should preferably be sent to mas...@satan.spb.su(checked
soap goes to me from FIDO (at least from Moscow) and back).
If anything “breaks through” into the echo, my deepest apologies to the moderator and co-moderators.

Have a good hunt everyone! m@s
