Yes, there really was such a thing. It was based on one microchipset, but in my opinion it was only the 48th. And they also say, although I haven’t tried it, that this “chipset” crashed in one, two, three times. But the fee was small, that's a fact. Somewhere the size of an AOH card. Well, somewhere, 12X12 cm. But maybe more.
That, in principle, is all I know. But if you are interested, I can get more detailed information. If anything, write with soap.

Sincerely, Alexander Klimenko

The St. Petersburg plant produced computers under the name "Kompazit", there was a circuit and
board very similar to Leningrad 1, but with modified synchronization on
TM2 and with two IR16s instead of IR9s, and there was no need to set a delay. It's probably him.

Sincerely, Alex from FFC COMPUTERS.

Hop. In the first Leningrad there is one IR9 and one IR16.

By all logic, Leningrad-3 is Scorpio :-)

^^^^^^^^
can this then be considered a synonym?
this device represents a 12x12 cm board and there are definitely tracks routed
under the PLM, and is it the same with SCORPIO?
maybe someone can share the circuit diagram (you can talk about the wiring diagram just dream of course)?

Best regards. Sergey Mukhachev.
