yes, the bits were the same, everything has already become clear!
I have part of the RAM from RU7; for them, regeneration needs to be completed ;(
the computer has stopped resetting, but there are glitches when reading from a floppy disk remained,
and when I tried to change the ROM, all the glitches disappeared as if by hand,
when I tried to reprogram it, nothing happened, although when they
checked it, everything was fine - a dirty trick flew out :-E
thanks to everyone who provided any assistance/help!!!
namely, Alex Letaev for the advice to change the ROM dos!!!

XA-XA !
so I have a test ROM for 128, everything is ok there - I deliberately left
for 2.5 hours - and everything is ok with the RAM! there is a looped RAM test at the end!
In general, I changed the ROM - the glitches with reading disappeared immediately!
BUT! glitches remain ;( what should I do? I load RamDoctor by TyatinSergey/CodeMonst
I test - test RAM, and everything else is OK, but regeneration is driving!
I calculate the bits - I look and there are RU7s there!
I rummage through old circuits, I find the expansion of the pentagon to 512, and
elimination of problems with regeneration - I do as there and everything is OK!!!

me too, but this is due to system errors cells

yes the test was cool, but in my case the test said that everything was ok!

Check the power supply on the controller.

Look at the counter that is located after the quartz. Does the drive position the head
uniformly or jerkily? Check the signal for switching sides of the disc. Check the microcircuit that buffers the signals coming from the drive. If there is a PLL
in the controller circuit, check it, that is, all the mikruchi for reading that are located
after TM2.

How many normally formatted sectors does it produce after the format?
P.S. It seems to me that after all, the counter divider after the quartz is broken by one
of the triggers, the frequency is higher on the VG. assembly
is in the drive? Is there a problem when you turn it on?
Sincerely, Alex from FFC COMPUTERS.

Tell me more about the expansion scheme, otherwise I have some, but I don’t know
whether it works - there are TM2, LL1, KP12 (KP2).
2All: people, tell me what kind of cache is on the Pentagons, do any programs support it, how does it connect.

Yes! Got a floating schmuck! A rare malfunction, or someone did a bad job.
It’s just strange that it just didn’t reset in the dosa. :-)))

TM2, LE1, KP12 (KP2)
this circuit is from V.M.G. , there are still improvements to Leningrad 1 and 2,
applied to the first - everything works!
well, what exactly should I tell you???

Sorry, mistake - on the diagram it says LE1, not LL1, so it looks like our schemes are
the same. I just wanted to know if it was working, otherwise I'm going to expand
the memory and I wouldn't want to solder a non-working circuit.
