How to transfer all this wealth without Spectrum

Here I see a lot of new toys popping up and I can play them on an emulator.
But my friend has a regular Spectrum with five and three-inch floppy drives of
720
KB. How can I write my tdr onto his floppy disk? Naturally, it all works for him. And how can I write from his floppy disks to my tdr?

Use the appropriate options in the Shalaeva emulator,
namely the “Utilities” option.
