It’s quiet outside the window, and I’m sitting and writing a response to a letter written from Ilya Zverev to All

Until the Shalaev emulsion is taught to work with the fdi format, nothing will come of it. ;(

It has already been said several times that is-dos (boot disk) has a non-standard
format, so it can only be had in FDI format (for now)!

What about Shalaeva? There are both UKV and Yudin’s emulsion...

It will be for Shalaev, but somewhere closer to the end of January :-( (session)
what we have now can read FDI, and there is no normal
interface. (IS-DOS, SPIRIT#1) loaded .....
