Simulator of a natural Spectrum floppy drive

ZXNet echo conference «zx.spectrum»

From Andrew Savichev To All 22 March 1998

Hi, All!

No one has made SUBJ?
I needed a natural Spectrum for work,
but I don’t want to pile another tower on the table,
and it is necessary that the entire Spectrum board lay “firmly and reliably” on the table.
And since the data from/to the disk is serial, and the drive device
is slow, the idea arose to make a connection with pussy via
floppy disk. It’s more difficult, of course, with the video output (as you understand, I
don’t want to duplicate the monitor either).
Process the video output or what’s easier?
It seems like there’s nothing else left. Although of course there is an HF signal, but at the same time
there will be a hardware screen grabber ;) FOR BURGEOUS TOYS.

Sincerely, Andrey Savichev/CGS

Hello! Dear Andrew!

At 08:27, Sunday March 22, 1998, it was such a thing that
Andrew Savichev typed out a letter All:

I haven’t heard anything about the flop drive, but here in our city one person
was engaged in connecting the spectrum to a writing monitor using software
signal processing. Write to him: 2:5052/22.1 to Igor Bajlukow

With respect, Roman aka Megus of Brain Wave corp.
