In my emulator, the entire screen (including the border) is redrawn
50 times per second. That's why he's such a drag! :(
PS: But the effects on the border and multicolor work! :)

there is an interesting spec emulsion on the Mac - it also knows how to make
border chips, and the coolest thing is that it does NOT do them in
