Help!!

People! Help! I'm new to this echo. I quit working on ZX in 1994 (then I got my first IBM). Now 5x86. And so, by chance I saw this
echo, and such nostalgia took over, I suddenly wanted to remember the good old games,
the WHAM music editor, and there’s a lot of other things there that I don’t remember anymore.
I subscribed, as you can see, to this echo, and even already received something (Shalaev emulator
and some programs), but in the FAQ they wrote that in order to run these
programs you need zcopy copier (or I misunderstood). So, actually, the subject. Send me this copier, if it's not too much trouble, and some programs. Thank you in advance.
