P R O E To T
Charter of Spectrumists of Russia.
In the name of saving the great cause of Spectrum in Russia, given the difficulty
in practice of implementing the laws of the Russian Federation on copyright, we solemnly swear:
1. Never and under no circumstances violate the copyright
rights of others (especially authors-Spectrumists);
2. Do everything in our power to strengthen and prosper the world Spectrum;
3. Release your new developments “into the wild” subject to cost recovery,
or as soon as such an opportunity presents itself;
4. Cooperation of everyone in the name of common progress, mitigation of competition,
correct behavior in advertising and anti-advertising in relation to other
authors;
5. Everywhere and everywhere try to form a favorable attitude of society towards
Spectrum, without “attacks” to other platforms;
6. ByTo the extent possible, conduct educational and charitable
work with all Spectrum users, especially with newcomers;
7. Promote the development of networks, other forms of interaction and cooperation
of Spectrumists, holding festivals.
8. Piracy on the Spectrum is illegal! No cooperation, no
contacts, no software, even frivolous, for pirates and their accomplices!
An unrepentant pirate should be expelled from the glorious family of spektrumists,
included in all conceivable and inconceivable “black lists” by absolutely everyone!
Accomplices of pirates, consumers of pirated products - to the pillory
pillar!
