Hallo, All.
People imagine such a turn of events.
Vasya writes a downloader for a freely distributed program.
The downloader is the author's program and is protected by law.
Dima receives God knows how (or even directly from Vasya) the program with Vasin
loader. He looks at it, then cuts it off and adds his own. Worse, better doesn't matter. Something else is important.
Dima violates Vasya’s rights as an author or not?
Or can you sell the downloader and add the program for free?
With respect, Shor Kan.

What about Dima right away? ;)) Legally, everything is correct. After all, Vasya has no more rights to re-release than Dima. And if the bootloader is simply thrown away and not
remade. Morally, it all depends on the goals of the second hacker. Why did he
do this? If Vasya threw a version onto the market that was buggy, not well adapted to the disc, without half the levels, without 128 music, and finally, without a trainer, and Dima corrected all
or part of it, then the latter is a good guy, of course, especially if he could
restrain himself from commenting on Vasya. And if Dima simply added his
intro to Vasya’s restored work, or inserted into Vasino’s intro an inscription like
“Hello, Vasily. This is your nightmare - Dima,” then all the hackers will peck him. Such
precedents existed and were assessed unambiguously.
AP>Sincerely, Shor Kan.
Sincerely, Dmitry (OLDMAN).

Without a second thought, honestly!!! Somehow I didn’t even realize that you too Dima.
With respect Shor Kan.
