From Wladimir Bulchukey To All 11 February 1998

Hello!

We honestly admit that we were mistaken about the number
of creative spektrumists covered by networks, counting their number
almost 100%. It turned out that there are creative groups from Shadrinsk, Norilsk, even from Magadan (see, for example, an interview with Laser Soft World in Nicron71,73), which, thanks to correspondence with friends by regular mail, know about the subject and are ready to take part in FT. The other day I myself received a letter and a parcel with floppy disks from Shadrinsk (Kurgan region). There are no networks, guys, in fact, no! This is us, a small group of enthusiasts, a happy
exception! There are many more people without networks!
In this regard, we, the Organizing Committee, have made a decision: the requirement for the mandatory presence of at least one member of the creative group or the author of the work (hereinafter referred to as the first
info) is no longer valid. From now on, this paragraph reads as follows:

"If the personal presence at the Festival of at least one of the members
of the creative group or the author of the work is difficult (long
distance, high cost of travel, other citizenship, illness, etc.), the work can be presented by a person (persons) authorized by the author (authors) of the work. In this case, the urgent request to register the work is not removed. in advance
(including by regular mail).Confidentiality and
observance of copyright are guaranteed." In addition to the mailbox, works and applications can be sent to me personally (Shadrinsk has already shown an example!), I remind you of the address: 107241, Moscow, Shchelkovskoe
shosse, 31, apt. 7. Bulchukei Vladimir Vladimirovich. Telephone (095)
462-89-02.

With respect -
Vladimir Bulchukei.

Finally, they did it humanly. Although there is a risk that the work on Fantop
will be watched only by organizers, with a complete absence of spectators.

ps\ there is a rumor floating around that someone on the Internet spoke with P. Sobolev and he allegedly told someone that E98 might happen, but within the framework of PC... Who has/has not
heard about this (2MR: I repeat in advance, what is this _rumor_)

Warm greetings, Slava!

From Wladimir Bulchukey To All 24 February 1998

Hello!

On Wed 18 Feb 98 23:24 Alexander Savin and Ivan Mak talked on
the topic "Sprinter on FT98":

IM>> Or you can do it at 4MB x 21 MHz.

AS> but you definitely need to bring Sprinter to FunTop!

Good afternoon, Ivan! Good afternoon, "Peters"!
We would be very pleased to see your wonderful
team at FT along with the equally wonderful computer "Sprinter".
Since you yourself put forward such a proposal, consider that this
letter is an official invitation from our side. In Moscow, and
even more so in the regions, they only heard about the Sprinter, but saw
only those who were at E'97. Another demonstration of the power
of Russian science and enthusiasm, now in the capital - that would be very nice!

P.S. Sincere greetings and best wishes to Andy Harchenko!

With respect, Vladimir Bulchukei. < e-mail: wlb...@ns.91.ru >
