FunTop'98: RegistertrationService work!

The FunTop'98 participant registration department is starting to work -
Chief, your humble servant Andrey Viktorovich Savichev - member of the Organizing Committee.
Tasks of the department:
1.Collection of data about participants and spectators, Questionnaire is attached;
2.Collection of photographs in color/black and white (on paper by mail or in graphic formats by
email) to all persons (organizers, participants, spectators) who wish to receive
FREE business cards attached to clothing (not everyone will want to keep
INCOGNITO :) );
3. Statistics and provision of information to members of the Organizing Committee: about the number
of potential guests of FT'98, the need for housing non-residents, age,
needs for certain services, etc.
Additionally:
collection and purchase of railways. tickets for the "St. Petersburg team" (for those who wish
to go "in a bunch" :) )

Volunteers are invited to cooperate in the department (3 people), preferably from St. Petersburg!

4. In what capacity are you taking part in FunTop (participant, spectator, organizer (volunteer), I don’t know for sure yet)?
5.Do you require accommodation in Moscow (1 night) and a return ticket the next day?
6. Do you need a banquet ticket? (approximately $20-25)
7. Would you like to go on a tour of Moscow?
8. What is your Spectrum experience?
9. What Spectrum do you work on (natural (which one), virtual (type
of emulator(s))?
10. Belonging to a creative group?
11. Name of the group (if any)
12. Will you be an active participant in the “cultural program” of the banquet if you
go there?
12. Could you be interested in information materials? FT'98? (diskettes,
booklets, CD-WORM)?
13. Do you need a business card? (yes, no (everyone already knows me, I prefer to remain “incognito” for most))
14. If necessary (what kind of photo will you provide: color, black and white)?
15. By what mail (electronic, regular)?
