From Vladimir Bogdanovitch To All 1 July 1997

Hello Michael!

MM> SPECTRUM fileha.

Vladimir Bogdanovitch.

From Michael Markowsky To All 1 July 1997

MM> Filekha SPECTRUM.

VB> Is she all-Russian?

Originally St. Petersburg. Then it was extended to Moscow (although now it turns out in one direction: it comes from St. Petersburg, but in St. Petersburg it settles on 5030/372).
Then it spread across some networks.

Best wishes! Michael KLUG
