============================================================================

The purpose of this document is to help authors find distributors of their programs, because... in fact, all of the above
traders are, to one degree or another, interested in acquiring
distributions, purchasing fresh software, etc.
In addition, the purpose of the document is to help buyers find
the nearest point where they can order these programs.

This version of the document is the first, so please
indicate errors and inconsistencies found, as well as,
if possible, additions.
