FAQ Is it really not there?

People! Is there really no FAQ here? FAQ specifically for the most frequently asked questions? I signed up half a month ago, but I still haven’t found out the answers to what I think are simple questions for you (I have a PC):
How to run a program (for example, one that came from this echo) from a screw or
floppy disk?
What do I need to do with the files going to YuYuE in this echo *.$* in order to
run them?
What is it? idos?
Where can I get a Luntz emulator?

In principle, these are my main questions, but there are many others...
I would like to get answers to them.

I will say that some time ago (5-6 years ago) I had a Spectrum
(Leningrad), then “Profi”, then “Profi+”. I communicated with them quite cheerfully, traded programs in Tushino (the same old one), then at some
stations - Malinovka, at some other (in the forest :) (when Tushino was covered), then on
a large field :) where the Mitino market is now built, traded software both for
Spectrum, and for CP/M for “Profi”, I talked with Alexey Dupanov (true
a little), but now I’ve forgotten a lot. And I want to remember.
