But don’t keep up the same spirit, although the demo is not bad (in terms of FX), but
impressions of it are not entirely good. There is a very big problem with the loader, I have the same problem on the penta when loading parts for the music, the music itself is terribly slow.
Well, okay, I’m the only one, so everyone I saw it in 5061 has the same problem.
In general, either I don’t understand something or one of two things :)
And to be honest IMHO it’s rather weak for CBS, especially me epilogue killed.
Apparently Rst7 was not in the mood :) or the Amiga was too late.
And, by the way, about the boring dems, let me disagree with you. Take the same
"Shit 4 Brain", IMHO, when watching it, especially for the first time, you won't really get bored.
Or take "Power Up", imho EXPLORER stuck many somewhere deep in FX.
Although, as a trackmo it is of course weaker.
Ofcoz about our "Psychosonic", I finally keep quiet, because We wrote it in just .... 9
days!!! Everything that was at hand or at hand was shoved in there :) In general, the tracks didn’t work out. Yes, and on the E'97 itself it neverI got it (maybe it’s for the better :))
In short, if anyone is interested, I can throw it into the echo.
But never mind, soon “FUNTOP”, I hope we’ll win back! :)

With utmost respect, Jocker/OHG/Mfa

Can you throw it into the echo? The deme is certainly weak, but necessary for the collection.
It seems like they couldn’t find it anywhere on the Internet. And nowhere else are there
Burdensom Dream, Amigo and Ray - all with E97.

By the way, of all the Inlight demos I've seen, Infarct is perhaps the most
beautiful. Exactly beautiful. Not cool, not fancy, but simply beautiful. If there had been such a clause in the rules of the inlight - for the audience's sympathy - she definitely could have been given. ;) The music there is _very_ pleasant. (for me). Just pleasant, not cool.
It seems that the demo was made from the heart, and not for the sake of prizes. It's a pity that she somehow passed by on the inlay, overshadowed by big names... However, that's how it should be, probably...

With all sorts of regards and wishes.
Igor.

P.S. And I already have e'97 grafix, music (int & dig). Released. :-P
P.P.S. I won't give it to anyone. Kick Larkov. :)

Not even six months have passed. ;) Or has it already passed?

From Igor Gruzdev To All 17 February 1998

TV> why is this?

Well, after all, coders, programmers, everyone needs the coolest effects, a new
word... It seems to me more that demos evaluate (when an in-light takes place,
let's say online) by first impression. Plus a bunch of coders shouting that you are putting the demo in first place, there are lame effects that any schoolchild can code... I exaggerate, of course. Coderipper was right when he wrote that the ideal comp appraisers are the people who come, make themselves comfortable, and carefully consider their decision. I told it a little chaotically, but the point is that, despite the coolness and well-deserved first place of Binarilov, I’m unlikely to watch it often. Like eyash2. Most likely,
when I want to watch something in-light, I will put power up, heart attack,
x_taz... But this is just my opinion.
And digital reality - they found a really cunning move in the demo, betting on
stunning the viewer. And the viewer bought it.
I’m not saying anything about the internals of the dem, I’m not a coder, I don’t dare to judge the coolness of the code. I reason as a spectator. And, hand on heart, being present at the launch, after the demonstration of binarilov, I already guessed that she would be among the winners. At least based on the reaction of the audience.

Hmm, how would you evaluate it, because it is not known how the effect was made, maybe it was all rendered with sprites on the PC, or maybe it was installed in real time. Or let's say the codes are just
super, but the effect doesn't look very good, or vice versa IMHO you can offend people.
Although you can put a team of hackers in, let them break it and evaluate it :))

Each viewer evaluates it differently. The total arithmetic of all ratings means
actual popularity. There is simply no time and
technical capabilities for expert assessments by professionals, debates and thoughtful assessments by viewers based on several criteria. (we would like an electronic voting system, like in the Duma ;)

Native. By the way, I really didn’t like (although there’s really nothing to complain about,

Old design, weak graphics and bad music.

I wasn’t surprised. I remember, back on the 48 keel spec with a tape recorder, I copied such a girl from a newspaper... Eh... But she didn’t survive. ;(
What I mean is that a hand-painted picture (even if not of very high quality)
always makes a more pleasant impression (not the same as the first one, but later, when examined). The soul of the master should be felt. ;)
