In the tent you can! ;)) Now let's agree to the most unusual places. :) As far as I understand, the main thing is to find a very rich and reliable sponsor who will provide payment for the rent of the premises/security/equipment/etc. And for free, mostly. Where can one find something like this? This is unlikely to be possible. :(
