Enlight'97

ZXNet echo conference «zx.spectrum»

From Ivan Tomshin To All 30 July 1997

Hello All.
We have here, how can I say this, thoughts are circulating among people:

Enlight is a good thing, but whoever comes from far away (Ekaterinburg) seems to have a problem with housing! Yes, and I have no desire to wander around St. Petersburg at night! So here we conferred and unanimously decided to assign it to the org. committee procedure
meeting accompaniment and seeing off our delegation! We must be met
at the railway station. station at 3.00 MSC five (possibly more) cool girls with bread,
salt, accordion and in swimsuits! They should become our guides (carrying luggage, keeping us safe at night) for at least a couple of days, right up to our farewell!

Well, this is the necessary minimum of life for our arrival!

And by the way, this is a big problem!
Here I, for example, have never been to St. Petersburg, and I don’t even know where, what, etc. to go.
And this is one of the arguments against traveling on E'97:(

Well, of course, the pioneers are right here! Now they will begin to remember about 1942 near Gomel!

Do I have to break up now? By the way, last year something like this happened - while I
was going to meet someone, the rest broke off.

PS: it’s a hundred meters from the metro to walk. First at the station you get on the metro and
you ask anyone/look at the map on how to get to /\/\ "Technological
Institute". Then at the exit you ask anyone where the 1st Krasnoarmeyskaya is.
House 1. The map was thrown here in the form of a Spekov screen.

ZZY: the doors there will open only on the 23rd. 10 am!

ZZZY: I don’t insist.

With best wishes, Vladimir.

They’re not delivering, but they’re going to deliver! As always, before E'97 everyone goes down!
The exams are some other crap, so in reality fewer people will come ;-(
With our demo it can turn out like with the SPAZM demo (for example). And in general
you need to somehow filter the demos, otherwise you’ll sit and watch any nonsense like
"made in kazan" |*(((

Or Daf-2 ;( That would be good, of course, but imagine what would happen to such an offended author who spent six months writing a demo and saving money for a trip to
St. Petersburg... ;(

Hasta la vista! With God's blessing, Novikov Sergei AKA Spirit/STEP.

Well - after all, he was not only going for this - he will also look at Enlight, etc.
But from us, it seems, there will be no demo :( Only music and graphics. Here BIL
brought some kind of multicolor - but that’s not enough. They are all
working on toys right now... I hope everything will be on the next one.
