Tell me, is there a subject to play Spectrum's games on a PC?
From Andy Harchenko → To All 13 March 1998
Having sat down at the keyboard, I decided to draw a letter for you Shushkin.
Once I was in a museum and there on an old, old stone an ancient man carved that

No and never have been, but you need to play Spec's games on a real Spectrum!
And use the PC only for cracking nuts :)

No. This is impossible in principle.
I wish you happiness and... good luck.

Where did you fall from? What's a bunch of emulators for? I currently have 3 emuls
Specs on my PC! And everyone plows. What are you doing, man? :-( )
Don’t confuse the person. They'll laugh at you, I feel it. Yes, I said it!
With respect Shor Kan.

Listen, the guy asked you seriously, and you’re hanging noodles on his ears...
Or what, just to write? Along the way, this is how it goes.
Look at my origin and think about the fate after the fulfillment of my dream
(relatively California).
After all, because of people like you (and at one time I) lose something (in
the sense, never having found it).

Your origin??? Mmmm, what is there to think about? Simple nonsense, like everyone else.
By the way, I wrote you an answer about this.

So, I don’t want to come across, but imho you were rude, between the words it will be said,
but in 5061 Speccy activity (I don’t want to show off and praise myself, but still
...) rely on two people, from the softmaking side on me, from the trading side on our only Rostov trader - Vladimir Spashko (for which
I thank him very much) and I don’t want to brag, but in my entire history on the Spectrum I have brought together more than one team and have interested many to work on the spec.
So keep your attacks to yourself, you don’t know the person, don’t drizzle!!! :E
By the way, about that guy to whom I answered, he sent me a concrete question
and I offered him specific help, so calm down and breathe
exactly in two holes, otherwise I started here “because of people like you,” and what have you yourself
done to judge others???

It didn’t reach not only you. It was a joke, just a joke. You are so confused here with your Spectrums that... In any case, I offer my
apologies, otherwise, I see, the market has gone and gone.
By the way, today I saw Power Up on a real Spectrum. Done very
well, the code is at a high level. Just why the coder's thought works somewhat in one direction, everything is plasma and plasma. A 3D video is cool.
And I would also like to see demos that have a certain “plot”, like a mini-demo clip,
where the effects do not just replace each other, like models at a fashion parade,
but show the viewer a certain storyline, framed in the style of the best
video and audio effects.

So the flame started.... And off-topic echoes. Why don't you go to netmail? :-E~
Topic:
People! Who figured out the Shalaevsky emulsion? Why is it that if you run disk images
from a directory where there is no emulator, it leaves its ini file there. How can this be corrected? Of course, I’m not very sorry, but it’s still somehow not cultural :( , and
maybe this can be overcome? And also, does a Spectrum navigator MUST need a
coprocessor? Otherwise, on 486 without a coprocessor it refused to work :( Maybe there is a
version without such requirements?
Sincerely, Shor Kan.

Watch "The Gate to Mind's Eye"! True, this is not on Speccy... and not even on PC...
PSY. The plot needs space, and most importantly, it is much more difficult to build something like this.

But it’s a field for experimentation when you get tired of fiddling around with plasma.

Plasma is a good (simple?) effect - but, of course, not in such quantities - :)
