Hi, All!

Since Moscow is putting forward its candidacy for hosting E'98,
and St. Petersburg also seems to intend to host it (although none of the officials have specifically spoken about this yet ;-)), then I have proposals
for both sides.

1) Who is personally included in the organizing committees from one and the other capital?
(probably it should still be more than one person ;-) ? )
2) Let both parties present a clear program for preparing the event
indicating the implementation deadlines;
3) The people in the echo will be able to speak out about both programs;
4) Let both parties first begin to implement them in parallel and report
on what they have done; (the party that lost the competition can count on
hosting, literally immediately after the end of Enlight, a show of the best works, with invitation to winners, spectators and some commercial benefits
- at the same time it will demonstrate to competition participantsnot in words, but in deeds
their real capabilities in carrying out Enlight);
5) No later than March 1, 1998, a final
decision must be made on WHO will conduct E'98;
6) The other side must unconditionally submit to this decision;
7) If there are other candidate cities, let them provide similar
materials (since it’s a competition, then the rules are for everyone alone)
8) In the future, consider that a precedent has been created and every year you need to WIN
the right to host Enlight, and then you'll see that money will appear and the organization will rise to unprecedented heights :).

In one word: DOWN WITH THE MONOPOLY ON HOSTING ENLIGHT!

Happy hunting to everyone! Savichev Andrey V. AKA m@s
