Who has a real AY, test its envelope shapes, otherwise
I have seen different data in different sources.
For this:
OUT 49149.1: OUT 65533.8 tone frequency of channel A
... 7.254: turn on the tone of channel A
... 8.16: turn on the envelope for A
... 12,32: envelope frequency
... 13,N: envelope type

The following envelopes are currently implemented in the emulator:

0000 \___ 0100 /___ 1000 \\\\ 1100 ////
0001 \___ 0101 /___ 1001 \___ 1101 /~~~
0010 \___ 0110 /___ 1010 \/\/ 1110 /\/\
0011 \___ 0111 /___ 1011 \~~~ 1111 /___
