To the authors who sent works for inclusion in r.c.s

Dear authors!
Don’t forget to accompany your works with letters indicating
the conditions for posting your programs, magazines, newspapers, etc. in r.c.s.
For demo and free versions, you also need a cover letter with:
1) instructions for posting in r.c.s to the co-moderator;
2) a brief description, version number and an indication of your copyright and
author's coordinates for contact and purchase of the full (commercial) version;
For non-demo and non-free versions, an indication is required to use the network version
for personal consumption (prohibition of copying to media, further
distribution over the network, making changes to the code, etc.), and it is also very
desirable that the network version differs from the non-network version by at least one byte :)

Many thanks to everyone who sent me materials, but everyone forgot to send
the corresponding cover letters.
Citizens, be aware, the co-moderator is also a human being, and they are still reluctant to install computers in Russian prisons
