AMS> Well, on such a sad note, let me say goodbye to you.
think in the word COPY.
COPY RIGHT
COPY RIGHT
COPYRIGHT
Distribution rights are verbatim. If it’s not clear: I’ll explain:
this badge (word) is given not to the one who made it, but to the one who has
the right to distribute (engage in distribution). not available
meaning final sellers.
i.e. this is all clear. but, however, such an icon can be placed in
credits for some original and fresh effect.
p.s. It's clear? so so.
Good Luck...

don't slow down.
1. Vasya Pupkin writes a program
2. having written it, he understands that he is not able to distribute it.
3. he sees Kolya-Babkin, who can do it.
4. Kolya-Babkin agrees, but with the condition, that only he will distribute
.
5. having installed protection, printed instructions and polished the disks
(having previously placed his advertising, logo and a sign that
only he is engaged in legal copying) step 6
6. he distributes it in wholesale quantities at their own and friendly
points of sale of the goods.
7. receiving money for the goods, part of it remains for themselves for the troubles, part
gives it all to Pupkin.
8. troubles in providing support for the goods, so that all Pupkin does not
the lamers were entertained with questions.
despite this, Vasya Pupkin may try to highlight
some purely software solution with her (C) credits, so that another Vasya
Pupkin cannot use it.
Of course, all (C) are registered in normal cases.
And the laws... nothing what can be done if people are not in order in their heads.
in normal countries it is done exactly as I described. because
a lot has appeared latelyindependent developers
who work under the roof of a large publishing house.
Good Luck...

Do you understand what’s the matter, I have an honors degree in patent science
and invention. So I
have a good idea of how this is done in normal countries ;)

Again, I advise you - read the Law. All possible
options are clearly described there, including this one...

so what are you proving to me? the guys didn’t register, but agreed with
someone, they give them money in return and put their own (C), and the guys don’t
like it, although this is how the bourgeoisie do it, and not only.
what are you going to tell me about the RIDICULOUS Soviet laws?
Good Luck...

The “ridiculous Sovdepov law” is in full compliance with the world
copyright convention of the 52nd year.

computer copyrights are still a little different from the same
songs, books, etc... i.e. the law should be separate.
p.s. In short, I was fed up with this topic, which started with the fact that people were
unhappy that someone was putting their (C) on their products during
distribution. it was said that this is normal. that's it.
Good Luck...
