Hello Vladimir!

ZX_Emul 1.11b does not work, at first it did not work at all in Windows,
then I corrected the required 2 bytes, it works but there is no synchronization again,
the screen flickers up and down, as in the previous version (Monitor SyncMaster 3Ne,
Cirrus Logic video card).
