Here's what has changed:

[*] In the Used Sectors and Sec.on disk window, the system track (16 sec.) is not taken into account
[*] The program's operation on an empty disk has been corrected.
[*] The correctness of the data on the files on the disk is checked and erased files.
[*] The Scroll Bar drawing algorithm has been corrected. oh it's still crooked. G)
[*] Prints 11 bytes of the disc name (Special for Vova Hex).
[*] On/off. display of erased files has been moved from [Del] to [Alt+D].
[-] Fixed an error in unpacking files with the symbols "=" and " " in the name.
[-] Fixed an error in unpacking files with an incorrect real length in bytes.
[+] Added exit from the program using Alt+X.

pros: I didn't get around to the rest - I'm writing libraries to the commander...
