[0/9] ZX-WinWord v2.1 & Sprite Cutter v1.0

To our regret, for some technical reasons we were unable
to transfer these programs to ZXF in a timely manner. More precisely, a bunch of UUE
sections crashed somewhere along the way, moreover, we received letters about the fact that such and such sections
were missing, we received the same thing when it was already too late...:((((((In a
word, the inclusion of the latest versions of these programs in ZX-FORMAT #7,
broke off... However, articles about them are included in number.
In order to correct this imbalance, I am throwing these programs here. Once again
I repeat that ZX-WinWord will be useful to everyone who produces electronic publications on the Spectrum, as well as to those who simply love when
some text is beautifully designed, colored and illustrated. And just
for those who have to work in text editors...

Good luck! Evgeny.
