Good afternoon (morning, evening, night), All!

Since we do not have a file :( I am placing here the first issue of the computer journal "PUBLIC SPIRIT", published in the summer of 1997 by the Taganrog group
"CODERS' ACADEMY". The journal is placed with the consent of the authors. And Commoderator.

Instructions are inside :)
I would like to warn you about one glitch - if the computer on which it will
be viewed is PENTAGON, and it does not support the Campston mouse, then you will not be able to select menus
:( This is due to the fact that we have in Taganrog Spectrum
exclusively Taganrog version, on which the magazine was made. And on them
it runs perfectly. I discovered the glitch, the owner of probably the only Pentagon in the whole city :) But no one will remake the magazine. This will just be taken into account in future versions.
p.s. It runs great on emulators!

Bye, Vladimir :)

... Now you can turn off the computer's power...
