From Vladimir Kacev To All 20 March 1998

Good afternoon (morning, evening, night), All!

I’ll try to resend the music for SD, written by LEO from TAGANROG.
I sent it a month ago, but no one saw it.
The archive also contains help for the music editor Prodigi, and demo version
of the editor himself.

We are waiting for feedback from muzakers! :)

Bye, Vladimir :)

... Hey, if you’re in Taganrog, come in!...

From Konstantin Samoylov To All 22 March 1998

Greetings, dear Vladimir!

Friday March 20 1998 18:54, Vladimir Kacev for some reason pmsed All:

Muzon is just great! But only the instruments are painfully noisy. :)

Sincerely, Konstantin.

About the music or about the editor? ;-) Regarding the music, I, as a muzaker, seduced by such charm as FastTracker on PC, really liked it. For four channels, as well as for specs, it’s great, although
there are better works (on four channels), most of which were written
on Amiga. And as for the editor, I’m very pleased with the mouse support (by the way
suggestion: exit different editor modes using the right mouse button, for example from disk options and edit mode), the sound quality is
pleasant, although I can’t compare it with Extreme Tracker, the reason for the dead
disk with the last one, but it seems similar. I need to look at your player, then I can say more accurately about the quality. Regarding the ease of use, you did the right thing by copying ProTracker, because in my opinion, PT is the most convenient of all the editors I have (I won’t talk about PSC and FT - I haven’t seen the full versions, and I haven’t gotten around to dealing with demos yet).

C Respectfully, Roman aka Megus of Brain Wave corp.

Answer from the author of the music LEO:

These are not noisy instruments, but simply in the beta demo-prerelease version
there is a glitch that will certainly be fixed. When there are a lot of samples in memory,
a piece of one sample fits onto the end of another and what the hell happens.

There are better works on three channels (again, mine :).
Yes, this is not my best work. Yes, and it was written almost half a year ago on a semi-working editor with a bunch of glitches and a half-finished disk menu.
RP> And as for the editor, I’m very pleased with the mouse support (by the way

We will consider the proposal.

Well, in general, the fact that we copied PT happened by accident, but what happened
was.

Hello! Dear Vladimir!

At 16:38, Tuesday March 31 1998 there was such a thing that
Vladimir Kacev scribbled a letter from Roman Petrov:

RP>> speckies - cool, although there are better works (on four
RP>> channels),
VK> Yes, This is not my best work. Yes, and it was written almost half a year

Well, if all your work is at this level, then I can only say one thing -
you are an excellent musician. Because of the PC, I’ve almost completely forgotten how to write music
on Speccy.
