Confessions of a Talentless Artist

Hi, Max! (Yet another confession of a talentless artist.) I've finally sat down to write my part of the letter (tautology, but never mind). I'll try to be as brief as possible to save your precious time (and honestly — I don't know what to write). As you asked, I drew a 6×32 image for Born Dead's "New Year's issue." Sorry for putting it off to the last moment again. I don't know why, but I can't do it faster — well, I can draw quickly, I just wait too long for the moment to come. I hope I made it in time and the New Year's Born Dead hasn't come out yet... I will draw the full-screen logo for the paper (for GOOD people, nothing is too much !!!). But when ??? No worries, D-Man won't let me drag it out. So wait. We also came up with some wild ideas for pictures: New Year's: a decorated Christmas tree with lots of ornaments — baubles and such — and hanging from one of its branches is... a human corpse in a noose :))) Ha-ha... Death with a scythe and... in Santa Claus's hat. :8} All this was thought up by... D-Man, but I'm the one who'll have to draw it. Or maybe not? ;) I've been reading Oberon like crazy! Totally mind-blowing. And the article on FT'98 is, naturally, a masterpiece. Max, maybe you should start writing books, huh? Born Dead is also cool — the viewer is a treat and the content is interesting. Max, about your tour through the Vladimir region — you absolutely must come. We'd be thrilled! We'll put you up, arrange a cultural program ;) — do everything properly! We're waiting!!! BUZZ #17 might be somewhat different from before. We're working on LIFEFORMS right now. I hope this (by default revolutionary) demo will feature the best of my graphics, SAiRøøS's music, and both his and SENAT's effects. One thing I can say for sure — it won't be like The Fifth Element. And with SAT / XTM, whom I consider a VERY skilled coder (with good reason), the demo will be top-notch. I trust Max (SAT) completely! Also, I keep dreaming about my own slideshow. What do you think — should I pitch SAiRøøS on doing the shell? Alright, I think that's it. Thank you for your letter and for the kind words.
