Hello Specheads, I'm very pleased to announce the purchase of a 48k from a car boot fair that actually WORKS! Ho hum you may think but it means I can now play Elite and Fairlight again. Well, I'm not very good at either of those proggies but that's not the bastard point is it! Actually its been a good few weeks all round for buying up second hand goodies. Who needs to eat or go out when you can load up a long lost copy of Juggernaut...
I am going to miss my beer and chocolate though. I've gone articulated lorry crazy this month. Can I have a real go? My Friday nights are very enjoyable these days. My friend Matty comes over and we play several rousing rounds of Pro Tour Golf on his Megadrive. These Sega things have their uses you know but you won't catch me spending £50 on yet another R-Type arcade shoot-em-up clone. A bit of a sweeping generalization I know but just think about it for a second. Apart from some decent sports sims its all boring arcade stuff with pretty graphics and sound!
But I don't want this article to become a stupid slagging match, there are far more important things to discuss like.. um.. Why have Leicester City got such unattractive players? It's true you know, they must take Ugly pills at half time. Can the boy who wrote to me FOUR TIMES! concerning Linda Barkers whereabouts and doabouts please realise that I havn't a sodding clue! and yes, I do know where she lives but I wouldn't want a spaz like you having her address. You'd make her life a misery! I must go now my humble readers, Millwall are just about to march into the City ground and my boys need me.
