The debut issue of the electronic newspaper offers a dive into horror literature and the demoscene. It features translations of dark stories by English authors, including Samuel Hopkins Adams's 'The Dead Man at the Table' set during an Adirondack blizzard, and 'Honey with Tar', a psychological story on childhood innocence and human evil. The literary selections are complemented by a technical overview of the Text Maker shell and an analysis of local demo music.
Issue contents:
- Intro - Authors and coordinates...
- Enlait - a few words about 'NОnSense'.
- 'Honey with tar' - In complete solitude, Jummi played carefree in the garden. He generally liked being left alone, when he could simultaneously satisfy his childish curiosity...
- 'Tryn at the table' - Having first heard the story of two people who were caught in the mountains by the Nyrga, I considered it part of the local folklore of the Adurondack region of the Annalachi mountain range, and used it in as a plot basis for a short story written in one of the magazines.
