    FTL and MECONG BBS registers users for exchange
mail. If you want to register, upload a secret file
(SECRET) with a password that you assign to yourself.  Next SysOp
will tell you the name of your mail file.

    Dear SysOps - please give me a list of users
registered on your BBS to receive mail. Information
is collected to create the NET_v*** file
